Film and Recording Policy

NOTICE OF RECORDING
THE JOURNEY MINISTRIES PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE

‍By entering the premises of event in-person or online of The Journey Ministries ("TJM"), individuals, on behalf of themselves and any accompanying minor children, voluntarily agree to release and waive any potential claims that may arise from their presence or participation in church services, events, interviews, prophetic encounters, or any other related activities associated with The Journey Ministries or any affiliated gatherings, venues, or leased spaces. This waiver covers claims involving physical interaction, emotional or mental impact, and any verbal or written content disclosed during prophetic services. The only exception to this waiver is in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.For the purposes of this waiver, the term "premises" includes any physical or virtual presence at TJM locations, rented venues, remote events, and live or recorded digital broadcasts such as Instagram Live, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live, as well as any rebroadcasts or digital reproductions. By participating in TJM activities, individuals and their minor children also relinquish any rights to media claims, including video recordings, photography, and live broadcasts that may capture their likeness while on TJM property. No financial compensation shall be provided by The Journey Ministries or affiliated organizations for the use of such media in promotional or marketing materials, or by third parties lawfully obtaining such content for public dissemination.
